My husband and I had Braxton and Britney build our house last year, and we just celebrated our ONE year anniversary of moving in. Seriously, there is no better contractor! Our house is incredibly well built and Braxton goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done well ~~ and he does it all while still being a kind and Christ-like man…truly remarkable. We, literally, had zero issues with them as our builders!! I, personally, don’t know anyone else who could say that about their contractor. They listened to our ideas and welcomed our input and had many other great suggestions/improvements that we hadn’t thought of (like vaulting the ceiling in the breakfast nook and adding windows on an entire side of our master ~ improvements that weren’t in our blue prints, but made a HUGE difference in our home).
Highpoint built my home!! Custom!! WE LOVE IT! I found this construction company, Highpoint Construction of Collegedale, operated by a husband and wife team – Braxton and Britney Hagele. They had a great team of subcontractors and were reasonably priced! Braxton and Britney were very pleasant to work with and very prompt to get back to us if we had any questions. They were on the construction site almost daily to keep things on track. They often pitched in and helped in order to save me money and to keep things moving. They are a very talented team that works well together. We trusted them completely to accomplish the work with integrity and fairness and they met our expectations.
Highpoint Construction put on a metal roof for us and built a retaining wall for our back yard. All looks great. just had our first back yard party and received lots of compliments.
Came out and gave us an estimate in 2009. Two years later I looked them back up and they remembered our project and we finally got it done. They were patient.
Britney and Braxton Built our barn- We have 8 horses and I hated our old barn. They came out and did a great job! They also put in a new access road for us that stayed above soggy ground.
I didn’t like how they did the stairs, so I called them back out and they had it changed within a week- that was nice since I had paid the last draw and technically we were done. Highly recommend them.
We had water damage from a storm and our insurance said they would pay. Braxton and his company worked personally with our agent and had our kitchen gutted and redone. His wife helped out too. She kept everything organized. Expecting their first baby too!

Our project included the removal of a Fiberglass tub/shower alcove, removal of a wall, and construction of wheelchair-accessible tile shower with no curb. Along with this came new tile flooring, framing and installation of a barn door for privacy, removal of popcorn-style ceiling finish, sheet rock work, and complete painting of walls and trim. The shower needed total re-plumbing and the installation of shower trim including two shower heads. Braxton, with High Point construction, was a pleasure to work with. He came out quickly and gave me a detailed item-by-item estimate that I found to be fair and reasonable. After I gave the go-ahead approval, and then throughout the project, he communicated effectively keeping me updated as to what would be next. During construction, which included some structural changes involving the floor joist to allow the curbless shower construction, Braxton demonstrated very good knowledge of basic structure design and codes. He was punctual in every phase and always arrived at the time we were expecting him. We are thrilled with the finished product. Not only is it pleasing to the eye, but the universal design is very functional for extending independent living for disabled or older folks.
Braxton and his wife Britney started their own construction company at an early age. I was a little leery of how young they looked but they’ve been in construction all their life and know more than any other contractor I’ve ever met. I own rentals and have dealt with contractors allot through the years. SO YUP These guys are great! Professional, fair and honest! refreshing to see this in the construction industry. They are licensed and insured.
Added a pool house onto our home. It looks amazing! Stained concrete floors!
